Submitting your Manuscript (MS)
- With your name and contact information, send your MS as an email attachment to

Please include all information (Figures, Tables, References, etc.). This is necessary in order to fully understand the content of the paper (the fee structure is explained in the ). For document files, please comply to the following:-
- Single-column, double-spaced A4 size, font 12 pt
- Save as DOC format (not DOCX or PDF, LaTeX, etc.). In particular, DOCX files are often corrupted during transfer and use on different computer systems with different software versions, etc. DOC format is much more reliable.

Shortly after, you will receive a reply with the following information:-
- The estimated date of completing the work proposed
- A request for any further information required to complete the task (such as the target journal, if not already stated)
- A quotation of the intended fee, for your consideration. See:
- Please ask any questions you may have and submit your reply to confirm that the work should go ahead, stating clearly the method of payment.
- Payment should be made by bank transfer, either by yourself or from research money via the administrator's office at your institution. Please send full contact details of the person to whom the invoice should be sent. The invoice will include bank payment instructions for the country in which payment will be made.
- Other arrangements may be made by mutual agreement: please feel free to enquire
- Once your confirmation has been received, the work will begin.
- Upon completion, your edited MS will be returned. Please check the edited MS for any comments and discuss any points that require clarification.
- An invoice set (Estimate, Invoice and a Bill of Delivery) will be despatched to you at this time.
- Follow-up. This is part of the service. Do not hesitate to request help in dealing with journal or publisher editors and peer reviewers, etc. No extra fee will be charged unless there are substantial additions to the original MS at the revision stage. If such a fee is considered appropriate, you will be consulted in advance.
